- Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative/ secretarial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and exposure in the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with practical experience and strong people skills will be preferred.

Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- To handle requests and general queries from international students.
- To provide administrative & coordinating support on the matters pertaining to document compilation, organising meetings and events, drafting correspondences, tracking the arrivals of international students etc.
- To coordinate with relevant departments on the matters relating to students’ visa process, submission, checking on the status of students’ English placement test, and students’ college registration submission.
- To prepare monthly progress report on the activities conducted by International Marketing Department.
