• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 5 years of working experience in clinical settings and a minimum of 1 year in teaching.
• Evidence of experience in student supervision, support and assessment.
• Evidence of primary care experience.

Teaching experience in the following subject areas:
- Musculoskeletal
- Cardiorespiratory

- Functional and Applied Anatomy and Physiology
A) Lecturer:
Responsibilities:
• To be involved in the preparation and delivery of teaching material, development of the curriculum and continually improve courses and learning experiences for students.
• To develop and deliver resources, teaching materials and assessments to meet
programme/course/student frameworks and learning outcomes.
• To apply learning and teaching methodologies, processes, technologies and tools to deliver student-centred learning opportunities in the physiotherapy discipline.
• To be able to link professional/ industry experience to pedagogic practice to enhance the student experience.
• To build professional relationships with students and provide timely and appropriate consultation.
Requirements:
• Possess a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent with at least 3 years of teaching experience. Preferably those who hold a Master’s Degree in Musculoskeletal or Cardiorespiratory or Neurology Physiotherapy
• Substantial clinical and/or research experience in Physiotherapy.
• Preferably with 5 years of experience working in clinical settings.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum, module and course development of the School.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to course and subject design, and to deliver student-centred learning and teaching that includes the capacity to incorporate new approaches to teaching and learning.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a team.
B) Tutor:
Responsibilities:
• To contribute to curriculum development of the subject.
• To work with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom.
• To provide support to students as part of teaching duties, including providing students with advice on their academic progression.
• To monitor, mark and assess students’ work and progress and maintain such records
and to prepare the students for exams.
• To provide effective guidance and supervise students' projects.
