Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Degree in Education Management / Business Administration/ Management, or a related field with least 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Possess strong leadership qualities, result-oriented, meticulous and organised.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, people-management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently as a team member as well as independently.
• Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
• Ability to plan and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Those with experience in ISO9001:2015 will have an added advantage.

Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
Academic Administration Support
• To ensure that all enrolment and subject registration for every Faculty/ School/ Centre is completed by the given deadline.
• To be responsible for tracking and ensuring that the class timetable with allocated rooms for all Faculty/ School/ Centre are uploaded before the start of the following semester.
• To ensure that student’s evaluation survey is conducted every semester for every lecturer. The compilation and summary students’ evaluation report to be submitted to the Management by the given deadline.
• To assist in the planning of school timetable and working closely with Head of (Academic) Department/ Programme Leader in the allocation of classes.
• To ensure proper student records.
• To ensure proper recording of students' attendance.
• To ensure proper filing of documents (physical or online).
Resource Planning
• To be overall responsible for the general management and operations of the following:
Resources –
To ensure smooth running of daily administration, which includes:
• Maximize utilisation of the room allocation for classes.
• Monitoring of class cancellation/ movement and providing monthly report to the Management.
• Ensuring class rooms are allocated at the commencement of an intake.
• Coordinate collation of data for planning of semester timetable.
• Ensure semester timetable is released in a timely manner.
