Requirements:
· Possess
a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
or equivalent.
· At
least 5-8 years of working experience in related field.
· Good
spoken and written English with positive attitude and pleasant personality.
· Meticulous
and a team player.
· Capable
of dealing with all levels of people within the organisation and provide HR
related advice to the Heads of Departments.

Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
· To manage
the entire spectrum of Human Resource Management in terms of administration of
recruitment, claims, training & development, staff welfare and HR policies
and procedures.
· To
conduct induction programme for all new employees.
· To
liaise with Group Learning & Organisational Development to organise/ coordinate
trainings as per the Annual Training Plan to meet staff training needs.
· To
improve staff engagement and promote staff bonding, and plan staff welfare
activities.
· To
prepare letters of appointment, transfer, redesignation, confirmation,
promotion, acceptance of resignation, employment contracts.
· To
monitor employment contracts - renewal or non-renewal.
· To be
involved in preparing Audit/ MyQuest documentations and checking of staff
files for accreditation.
