Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in English with effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure at the front desk or in customer service is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.

Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating courses, including planning new intakes and scheduling programs.
- Managing the timetabling of lecturers and students for courses.
- Ensuring enrollment of students and lecturers in the system.
- Monitoring the application process for students, which includes online registration, coursework, exam submissions, exam results, and more.
- Acting as the contact center for students' feedback on college services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student statuses and generating management reports.
