- A Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of writing experience, preferably creative writing.
- Possess critical reading and thinking skills.
- Resilience and the ability to accept constructive feedback.
- Ability to express ideas with clarity.
- Passionate about creative ideas, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Expertise in grammar and punctuation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver projects according to deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer programmes.

Responsibilities:
- To construct various copies for a range of audiences.
- To produce copy for marketing collaterals.
- To develop story ideas based on client needs and market trends.
- To edit articles, brochures, or other written materials.
- To conduct research to gather information about a topic, event, or other subject that may be covered in an article or other written material.
- To develop characters, settings, and plotlines to create stories or scripts for videos.
- To review and edit content for spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy.
- To convert text from one format to another, for example from a draft document to a final publication.
- To develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, and other promotional materials.
- To cover events (both written or photos/videos), such as in-house events, conduct interviews, launchings, exhibitions.
- To upload postings/events to social media and websites.
- To boost and monitor postings on social media platforms.
