Job Requirements

Requirements
- PhD / Master (accounting/any accounting areas)/or any Professional
Accounting Qualifications (such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia with
recognised by MIA).
- Preferably with one (1) year of experience in teaching Accounting
and Finance related subjects.
- Good presentation skills and command in written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject
background enables contributions to teaching programmes.
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with
students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Technology savvy, familiar with MS Teams and online teaching.
Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- To review,
update, and develop lesson plans, scheme of work, lectures/practicals,
tutorials, assignments, and class discussions in compliance with the
syllabus.
- To deliver student-centered lessons in accordance with the
approved syllabi and scheme of work for subjects assigned.
- To conduct
formative and summative assessments in a timely manner.
- To monitor and
report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
- To provide
academic counselling and pastoral care to all students.
- To supervise
student activities.
- To conduct and
invigilate examinations.
- To assist in the
preparation of documentation for new programs or review of existing
programs to regulatory bodies when required.
- Assist in
promotional and marketing events, and fairs and exhibitions of the college
when required.
