- A minimum of a Master’s Degree in relevant specializations is required.
- Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a related field.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English communication is necessary.
- Familiarity with MQA requirements and documentation is considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- To review, update, and develop lesson plans, schemes of work, lectures/practicals, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions in compliance with the syllabus.
- To conduct lectures, tutorials, and discussions to facilitate teaching and learning.
- To supervise final year projects/dissertations.
- To monitor and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
- To set and mark assessments.
- To provide academic counseling and pastoral care to all students.
- To be involved in research activities.
