Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or education management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales/recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
Strong understanding of enrolment processes, education marketing, and MQA compliance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to work flexible hours and attend off-site recruitment activities as required.

Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
Drive strategies and execution to achieve all quarterly and annual targets, particularly in new local enrolment goals.
Develop and implement sales plans; actively participate in student recruitment events, exhibitions, and outreach activities.
Build and lead a high-performance sales and student recruitment team, including facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
Plan and execute sales strategies and forecasts to achieve enrolment objectives within budget.
Evaluate and analyze team and individual performance against set goals.
Ensure all activities comply with SOPs, MQA standards, and institutional policies.
Enhance team knowledge and capability through training, workshops, and continuous development.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to align promotional and recruitment activities, including roadshows and events.
Support other functional areas within the department when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or their representative.
