Requirements:
SPM/STPM/Cert/Diploma in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or related field.
Due to the nature of our client base, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a strong command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in higher education or a related field.
Experience with EMGS processes is an advantage.
Good understanding of international student visa procedures and immigration policies in Malaysia.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage confidential information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and government agencies.

Job Summary:
The Executive, International Office is responsible for managing and coordinating international student visa matters — with a strong focus on student visa renewal and compliance with immigration and EMGS regulations. The role also involves providing administrative support to students and ensuring a smooth student experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Visa & Immigration Management
Handle student visa renewal processes, including data verification, document preparation, and submission to EMGS and the Immigration Department.
Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewal to maintain students’ legal status in Malaysia.
Liaise with EMGS, Immigration Department, and other authorities on student pass matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and renewals.
Advise students on visa regulations, pass validity, and compliance requirements.
2. International Student Support
Communicate with students and parents regarding visa, admission, and related enquiries.
Provide guidance on immigration matters, health insurance, and other requirements.
Assist with orientation and welfare support for new and continuing international students.
3. Administrative & Reporting Duties
Prepare reports on visa renewal status and student pass statistics.
Ensure documentation and records are properly filed for audit and compliance purposes.
Support the Head of International Office in preparing documents and correspondence related to immigration and EMGS.
4. Communication & Coordination
Act as the main contact point for students and agents.
Translate and communicate important announcements, documents, and updates in English and Mandarin.
Coordinate with academic and support departments to ensure visa-related requirements are met for enrolled students.
