Job Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• Candidates should have 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a related discipline.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.

• Familiarity with MQA requirements and documentation is an added advantage.

Job Descriptions

• To review, update, and develop lesson plans, schemes of work, lectures, practical sessions, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions in compliance with the syllabus.

• To conduct lectures, tutorials, and discussions to facilitate teaching and learning.

• To supervise final-year projects and dissertations.

• To monitor and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.

• To set and mark assessments.

• To provide academic counselling and pastoral care to students.

• To engage in research activities.

• To participate in institutional functions and extracurricular activities as required.
